Trade Partner Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern the partnership between AL MUMAYAZ INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS LLC (operating the Mumayizat brand) and the Trade Partner. The same Terms are embedded verbatim in every signed Trade Partner Agreement.

01.Term of Agreement

  • This Agreement is valid for one year from the date of registration and shall be renewed annually upon mutual agreement.

02.Purpose of the Agreement

  • This Agreement defines the terms under which the Trade Partner agrees to offer specific discounts, offers, and privileges (collectively referred to as "Benefits") to MUMAYIZAT Members listed in the MUMAYIZAT App.

03.Trade Partner Obligations

  • 3.1 Honor the agreed Benefits as detailed in the MUMAYIZAT App without exceptions unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • 3.2 Ensure Members can redeem Benefits upon presenting the MUMAYIZAT App showing the applicable Benefits.
  • 3.3 Provide a consistent and high-quality customer experience to Members utilizing the Benefits.
  • 3.4 Offer primary discounts/privileges valid for at least six months.
  • 3.5 Ensure all store staff are informed about the discounts and/or promotions offered.
  • 3.6 Create a Mumayizat discount code in their POS system for efficient billing tracking of Mumayizat sales.

04.Discount and Promotion Details

  • 4.1 Discounts are offered to the bearer of the Mumayizat Membership shown on their phone.
  • 4.2 Supplementary short-term promotions, such as Mother's Day, Ramadan, or National Day promotions, are permitted.
  • 4.3 Discounts may remain valid during other sales or promotions unless stated otherwise.
  • 4.4 Trade Partners may offer special deals alongside ongoing promotions, e.g., "70% off + 5% extra" or "50% off + free gift."
  • 4.5 Offers can be updated anytime by notifying the Company seven days before the effective date via email at partners@mumayizat.om or WhatsApp at +968 77557711.

05.Marketing and Materials

  • 5.1 Trade Partners must provide their logo and artwork in PNG or JPG format when signing the Agreement.
  • 5.2 Provided materials will be used for the Mumayizat website, app, and marketing purposes.

06.Non-Compliance

  • 6.1 If the Trade Partner fails to honor agreed Benefits, the Company may: (1) Claim the discounted amount from the Trade Partner; (2) Reimburse the Member for unredeemed discounts or offers.
  • 6.2 Repeated non-compliance may result in termination of this Agreement and removal of the Trade Partner's listing from the MUMAYIZAT App.

07.Representation and Warranties

  • 7.1 They have the authority to enter into this Agreement.
  • 7.2 The information provided regarding the Benefits is accurate and up-to-date.
  • 7.3 The Benefits offered comply with applicable laws and regulations.

08.Termination

  • 8.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement with a 30-day written notice.
  • 8.2 The Company may terminate the Agreement immediately in the case of non-compliance as outlined in Section 6.

09.Indemnification

  • The Trade Partner agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from failure to honor Benefits or any breach of this Agreement.

10.General Provisions

  • 10.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties.
  • 10.2 Any amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
  • 10.3 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Oman's courts.
